Refund Policy

At Luminance Therapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number
• We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Please contact us if you have questions about specific products.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

"A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing and restocking returned items."
